Mini Mighty Wilds (Reception Home Ed for 4-5 years)

Mini Mighty Wilds is our reception home Ed setting for 4-5 year olds, offering funded and unfunded places for 4 to 5 year olds.

Led by Amber Galloway, our level 6 qualified Early Years and primary teacher and Tiny Wilds SEND coordinator based in the cabin in the Tiny Wilds garden. Mini Mighty Wilds is an small group for those children ready for some more quiet learning time, a gentle bridge to introduce them to our home-education settings.

We are open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, during term time only.

Ideally children would attend all three days, but we recommend a minimum of 2 full days a week to ensure children settle into friendship groups and teachers are able to provide a rich, varied and consistent learning experience (Tues, Wed and Thurs 9:30 - 3:30pm)

NB once your child becomes of school age, they are only allowed to attend our home education setting for a maximum of 18hrs a week for 38 weeks per year. If you find you have been on time for drop off and late to pick up for the first two days, please ensure you make up for this on your 3rd day by dropping them off later (please communicate in advance with your class leader), ensuring your child has only been with us for a very maximum of 18hrs.
